Project description
The apartment is designed in modern style. For the finishing of almost all surfaces I used Italon tiles a bold decision that gave me the opportunity to discover and to see the combination of the natural structure of the stone, granite and steel in a cozy space. In the walls of the living room I combined Surface Steel tiles in 60х120 format and Surface Corten in 60х120 format with natural surface, reflecting the superb texture of steel. The combination of warm and cool colors with decorative elements and light create a comfortable and an unusual atmosphere. The main idea of the bedroom is the combination of natural materials of warm wood and concrete it was achieved through the use of tile collection NATURAL LIFE, in particular HONEY GRIP 22.5X90, while on the floor I used Contempora Flair 60×60 tile. An interesting and unusual solution for the small kitchen was to place the dining table and the kitchen furniture behind a hidden door. For the separation of zones I used a portal from ceiling to floor, covered with Urban tiles in 60×60 format with natural type of surface, while the backsplash is made of Charme Evo Wall Project in 25х75 cm format. The cooking zone is covered with the warm tones of the Surface Steel tiles 60х120 and Surface Corten 60х120 in natural type of surface. The bathroom design combines the warm shades of wood collection Maison Walnut in format 15х120 natural, and cold dark Surface Steel in 60х120 format, natural. The split lighting from a modern concrete ceiling gives space an alternative and creative touch, stressing the combination of steel and wood.
